LESS LEISURE TIME CREATES GROWING INDUSTRY

American Leisure’s innovative lifestyle centers create buzz among developers, residents, and travelers

NEW YORK – American Leisure Corporation, the leading creator of cutting edge lifestyle centers, recognizes that Americans want to make the most of their increasingly rare free time.  By designing, conceptualizing, and managing lifestyle and recreational facilities, spas, fitness centers, wellness centers, and various other lifestyle projects, American Leisure has helped to create an exciting new industry.  The company’s customized programming with an increased emphasis on wellness has created an incredible groundswell of demand for their unique services.

The confluence of American Leisure’s groundbreaking concepts, such as offering homeopathy programs in the residential community, and the public’s increasing need to make the most of free time has led to an impressive list of new contracts for the company.

This month, American Leisure signed contracts to develop lifestyle centers for Peter Cooper Village in New York City and 80 Dekalb in Brooklyn, a Forest City Ratner owned development, along with several other soon-to-be sought after properties.  At the same time, they opened completed projects, such as 37 Wall Street, 200 Chambers, Atelier, Town Center, Phifer Wellness, and Peek n’ Peak Ski and Golf Resort in Findley Lake, N.Y.

Upcoming projects include high profile properties, such as Setai NY, 325 West 25th, 55 West 25th St., William Beaver House, Chelsea Landmark, and Visionaire all located in New York City.  The trend goes beyond the island of Manhattan with new projects slated at The Edge in Williamsburg, Powerhouse in Long Island City, Beacon Lifestyle Center, Dixon Mills, and Trump Plaza in Jersey City, and Chelsea House in Atlantic City.  Also opening this year are the MEi Condominium in Miami Beach and X/O in Chicago.

American Leisure also announced it is now managing the lifestyle centers at Sutton Place Hotels, Olivia, and Ritz Plaza in New York City.

From luxury lifestyle centers that let condo residents “vacation at home” and create an exciting sense of community to authentic Turkish hammams at exclusive resort spas, the company has changed the way people define the American dream.
