American Leisure was retained by the developer to design this exclusive, Lifestyle Center in a historic landmark. The lifestyle package is complete with exercise room, saunas, spa treatments, massage, indoor pool and community lounge.

Our task was to conceptualize and design a first class amenities program that would be instrumental in selling the real estate. Health, wellness and socializing play an instrumental role in the day to day programming.
