American Leisure conceptualized and designed the sensational Spa and Lifestyle Center at The Point of Aventura, Florida, one of the finest and most luxurious full-service fitness and social clubs in Aventura. Coscan Waterways retained American Leisure to create an elegant spa and lifestyle center for the 2500 residents of this posh Florida community.

We designed the 25,000 square foot facility to include all aspects of a first class lifestyle center. Fully equipped state of the art fitness rooms for cardiovascular exercising, cutting edge weight training, innovative aerobics programs and invigorating spinning facility.

In keeping with the theme of The Pont of Aventura total community of going beyond, we also incorporated several "extras" to the facility, including a juice bar, full service spa treatment areas, comfortable changing rooms, a media room for conducting business or watching the big game on the mega-screen television, full service beauty salon, saunas, steam rooms, hydrotherapy spas, whirlpools, and a billiards room. The gorgeous tropical views were incorporated into all areas of the design to provide a serene and tranquil environment.
