American Leisure worked with Ginsburg Development Corporation to design this exclusive, 10,000 square foot Lifestyle Center in a historic landmark. The lifestyle package is complete with exercise room, social sauna, massage, pool, community lounges, basketball court and the like.

Our task was to conceptualize and design a first class amenities program that would be instrumental in selling the real estate. Health, wellness and socializing play an instrumental role in the day to day programming.
