American Leisure designed the exclusive, posh 30,000 square foot Health/Beauty Spa for the luxurious Williams Island community complete with exercise rooms, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, massage, spa pampering treatments, pools, lounges, racquet sports and the like.

As a private privileged residential community on eighty acres of intra-costal waterway midway between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; our task was to conceptualize and design a first class Health and Beauty Spa and play an instrumental role in developing a detailed sales and marketing program. In addition, we hired and trained all Health and Beauty staff and managed the entire start-up of the Spa operation.
